Audit Supervisor

Purpose of Worksite:

Professional conception and managing of control activities for the analysis of operational, financial, system and legal risks, and for the estimate of the bank’s risk and control environments.
Consultation on checked professional sections while improving the bank’s risk and control environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional management of all types of audits whilst taking into account international test standards, legal or regulatory requirements, as well as banking or group assignments
  • Risk analysis for preparing of audit and development of risk-based control programs
  • Preparation of findings from audit
  • Consultation to the management of organizational unit when compiling and implementing the audit plan
  • Participation in audits under the management of a different audit manager
  • Independent building and expansion of knowledge on commercial products and processes, regulatory general conditions and “best practices” in the field, as well as development of proposals for risk optimization.
  • Continual further development of used audit procedures and methods for increasing efficiency of audits
  • Cooperation in initiatives and work groups of the CAS global function of the parent group

What We Require:

  • Professional studies or comparable education and several years of the relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of banking products and processes, as well as excellent knowledge of at least one banking sector
  • Extensive knowledge of audit techniques and methods, as well as relevant legal and regulatory general conditions
  • Solid knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Experience with professional leading of audits or functional leadership of an audit team
  • Independent, goal oriented, analytical work method (distinct)
  • Clear-cut entrepreneurial judgment abilities and competence in dealing with problems (distinct)
  • Communication assurance and diplomatic skills
  • Endurance
  • Good perceptiveness also in complex issues
