Mortgage Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other squad members in preparing and defining proposals for new mortgage products/processes or changes needed for existing products (product features, parameters, processes, General Terms of conditions etc.)
• Oversee product development: monitor and regular reporting the performance indicators of the products; provides information for management by preparing product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses;
• Ongoing monitoring and optimizing product portfolio and its profitability
• Continuously improve the position of the products and implement changes by a proactive coordination with all squads involved in the process as other product managers, marketing, sales teams, operations
• In collaboration with colleagues defining the commercial requirements related to the changes made to the product specifications and ensuring their correct application
• Developing optimal processes and SLA’s for the products in order to sell them through the appropriate channels, taking into account the needs of the customer
• Optimizing the pricing of the products based on costs and market evolutions
• Ensuring the compliancy of the products processes and related documentation with the internal and external requirements, risk policies, regulations;
• Responsible for testing and coordinating the functionality tests related to the products updates and associated applications;
• Offer support and advice on products related requests or problems when needed;

The candidate profile:

• Fluent Czech and English
• University degree with relevant experience from 2 to 4 years in banking area or non-financial institutions in consumer lending / mortgage business
• Entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for revenue-generating activities, able to be hands-on
• Demonstrated superior performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm and energy
• Strong in analysing problems
