Data Quality Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Definition of Data Quality Framework (DQ Checks, DQ Monitoring, DQ Issues Management) - process, roles and responsibilities
• Implementation, periodic assessment, improvement and calibration of the DQ Framework
• Support Data Owners and Stewards in implementation of DQ Framework
• Professional support on DQ topics within the cross-functional projects dealing with data
• Ownership of the DQ dashboard, definition of KPIs and DQ backlog
• Perform complex DQ analyses in order to identify trends, root causes, correlations and opportunities for improvement and work with Data Owners and Stewards on their mitigation (DQ Issue Management)
• Key Control Testing support - tests of design and effectiveness for Data Quality
• Support introduction and usage of Data Quality tooling
• Create and maintain Data Quality dashboards and prepare periodical DQ reports

The candidate profile:

• Good understanding of the banking environment, products/services and processes
• Advanced understanding of customer facing processes and their designs in general
• Knowledge and experience in writing, implementing and assessing policies and standards
• Knowledge of data management standards and processes
• Understanding of data flows
• Regulatory, Compliance and IT experience (GDPR, FATCA, CRS, KYC etc)
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent Czech and English
• University degree with relevant experience from 3 to 5 years preferably in data management area
• UML, ARIS, Enterprise Architect and similar tools knowledge is an advantage
