IT SERVICE DESK - INTERNSHIP
To our local IT Service Desk team, we are looking for a new colleague. Are you looking for a full-time job in IT? If you speak English on the advanced level and have some practical experience from IT Support, we are looking for you!
About the job...
- Handling phone calls of internal users
- Creating/handling ServiceNoW tickets
- Fulfill 1st and 2nd level service requests remotely or on site
- Communication with 3rd parties/support teams
- Daily tasks/procedures
- Basic workplace services (changing cables, moving workplace)
Who are we looking for?
- We prefer a university student of IT or some technical school
- Practical experience in IT department is a big advantage for you
- Advanced level of English language, fluency in Czech language
- Decent knowledge and experience with Windows 7/10 troubleshooting
- Proactive and creative mindset towards problem solving
- Team player
- Ability to withstand high pressure situations
- Good communication skills and customer oriented approach
- Start: ASAP
- Full-time job for 40 working hours
- Your shifts will be planned to provide support (only business days)
