To our local IT Service Desk team, we are looking for a new colleague. Are you looking for a full-time job in IT? If you speak English on the advanced level and have some practical experience from IT Support, we are looking for you!

About the job...

  • Handling phone calls of internal users
  • Creating/handling ServiceNoW tickets
  • Fulfill 1st and 2nd level service requests remotely or on site
  • Communication with 3rd parties/support teams
  • Daily tasks/procedures
  • Basic workplace services (changing cables, moving workplace)

Who are we looking for?

  • We prefer a university student of IT or some technical school
  • Practical experience in IT department is a big advantage for you
  • Advanced level of English language, fluency in Czech language
  • Decent knowledge and experience with Windows 7/10 troubleshooting
  • Proactive and creative mindset towards problem solving
  • Team player
  • Ability to withstand high pressure situations
  • Good communication skills and customer oriented approach

  • Your shifts will be planned to provide support (only business days)
